All of my photos are released that way, and have wound up in all kinds of cool places. Most people actually do at least email to ask permission, but that&#039;s not necessary with a Creative Commons licensed image.

But, yeah... The magazine is running their own group pool, and people are actively submitting images to the pool. That sounds like a pretty explicit opt-in strategy to me.</description>
