Photographs of Ghost Towns – Eerily Beautiful Abandoned Places
There is something spooky but attractive about these photographs of old abandoned towns. They were taken by a Swiss couple while vacationing in the USA. They got fascinated by these places and got hooked on photographing them. And they are good at it! They use film cameras but we can let them off that, heh.
This is our photo collection of more then 1300 pictures from 174 ghost towns and historic places in the United States. Here you find photos of # western towns, sometimes completely abandoned, sometimes still lively # old gold mines # old mills, where the ore was processed # old cemeteries # and much more.
