Comprehensive List of Flickr Tools
I love Flickr, I am a massive fan of the service. While I had my own picture galleries, first hand coded then later using nGallery then CommunityServer, Flickr blows all the others away due to their excellent community and great UI. Another big plus in Flickrs favour though is their API which allows developers to build their own tools on top of or to work with their service.
This blogger has collected an excellent list of Flickr Tools
The Flickr API is not so bad to work with either, I wrote my own screensaver and a tool for downloading pictures. I see looking down the list other programmers have gone much further and built some really imaginative software.
Other picture services startup every day, who can possibly compete with Flickr when they have this kind of community support?
