I think I understood most of it!
Just shows that I still have much to learn on the technical aspects of photography but also that you do not need to 100% understand everything to have fun and take some (in my opinion) nice pictures.
I do use aperture but thanks to the unique flexibility and features of digital photography, I do it in a “try it and see” way. If it looks good I keep it or see if I can improve a bit, if it looks bad I ditch it. This is why I think I never progressed very much with film. It was so expensive and the time delay in seeing feedback so great I never really experimented.
My plan is though to go through all the features of my camera one by one and learn it properly. Expect to see my results here!
