CNET is using photography without attribution according to a thread over at Flickr
Mitch Aidelbaum’s shot of yahoo’s Jerry Yang, used without permission or attribution on the front page of www.news.com
You can forgive mistakes once or twice but it seems from discussion around the intarwebs that CNET are repeat offenders.
Shame on you, CNET! Hopefully they will respond in a suitably contrite manner

Being a photographer and reporter, I’m sensitive to copyright issues (CNET is a content producer, so naturally we’re concerned when *our* copyright is violated), and being one for CNET News.com, I’m particularly sensitive to this one.
Those following this discussion might want to take a look at our response in the Flickr thread (we did get permission to use the photo when it earlier, though the attribution situation is still an issue), and the update by the photographer who initially posted the accusation:
