Size and weight will be a big selling point. You're working with a large tolerance on 'nearly' there, three do offer ISO100: D80, D200, D2Xs; three don't: D40, D50, D2Hs and presumably the D50 is obsolescent. I personally have the D70S and when holding the D40, It felt cheap...oh, it is. Good competition with the Rebel, but I think a lot of beginner's are so focused on megapixels that they'll probably still lean towards the Rebels 10mp in the Xti model. we'll see.
