After you have purchased your camera the shopping opportunities do not end there! There is a world of spending just waiting for you if you so wish.

Some additional items are essential, for example you can not take many digital camera photographs without a memory card. Other items are for convenience, such as a good camera bag. Others are niche items that might appeal to some but not others, while there are some accessories that are sheer luxury.

    I’d been trying to resist the urge to start collecting accessories and gadgets, but found a good monopod on sale for half price. Had to pick that up. And a decent lens cleaning cloth… I’ve already got the vertical grip, extra battery, case, UV filter, PCMCIA CF reader…

    Where you live I am sure that monopod will get a lot of good use D’Arcy, just be careful just like any drug, one hit/purchase is never enough ;O)
