While experimenting with lighting I produced this green glow affect and I just had to add the matrix style effect to finish it off!
Geeky in the extreme but kinda fun!
The light at the back is a standard office lamp, positioned by leaning it so it rested against the wall I was using as a backdrop. By exposing for this the figure in front (me) is cast into shadow. While RAW processing I upped the saturation and tweaked colour. Further processing in photoshop to exaggerate this effect makes a nice silhouette into which I pasted the matrix effect. Easy!
